Eric Thornton – General Manager
Eric has many years of event planning experience. He is the original employee of AZ Bounce Pro and started with the founders in 2009, delivering bounce houses out of his pickup truck. Eric runs all general operations of the company and is an integral part of the team. In his free time Eric enjoys working out, outdoor activities, running triathlons, and drinking craft beer.

Mila Federico – Assistant General Manager
Mila has over 20years experience in the Hospitality Industry. She handles all Human Resource and office operations of AZ Bounce Pro. When she’s not busy at work she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, cooking, and organizing.

Cameron Duncan – Operations Manager
If there is an event that has happened in Phoenix, Cameron has probably done it. Cameron has an enormous knowledge of the special events industry. He runs all operational functions at AZ Bounce Pro including maintenance, loading, and scheduling. Cameron enjoys visiting his home country of Australia in his free time. Wish him a “G’day mate”!

Tye Connor – Special Events Manager
Tye specializes in selling and coordinating corporate events. Tye is responsible for producing some of the largest corporate events in the country. He has many years of event experience and has received high praise for his awesome attitude and can-do attitude. In his free time Tye enjoys Crossfit and boxing.

Tamara Hayes – Business Development Manager
Tamara brings a huge knowledge of special events to AZ Bounce Pro. She handles large community events, church events, and other special events for AZ Bounce Pro. She is also responsible for producing the largest inflatable water park in the country – Slide Across America. In her free time Tamara enjoys golf and traveling back to the east coast.

Kimberly Closson – Office and Sales Manager
Kimberly is beloved by all her clients for her attention to detail and willingness to make everything work for the benefit of the client. She has been a key team member since 2014 and is a joy to work with. In her free time Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to visit family in New York.

Kristina Catalioto – Sales Coordinator
Kristina joined the AZ Bounce Pro team in 2015 and answers most of the incoming calls for the company. She has a lot of special event experience and can help guide you through your next event. In her free time Kristina enjoys spending time with her dogs.

JP Blakey – Sales and Operations Coordinator
JP has a ton of event experience, both with AZ Bounce Pro and with working for the city. He coordinates all event layouts and design work for AZ Bounce Pro. In his free time JP enjoys sports and spending time on his yacht.

Nick Newberry – Sales and Operations Coordinator
Nick, aka Big Country, handles all of the employee scheduling and logistics for AZ Bounce Pro. He is a key team member who makes everything click. In his free time Nick enjoys country music, belt buckles, and going fishing.

Nate Jaehnig – President and Founder
Nate started AZ Bounce Pro in 2008 with his wife Brooke. Nate oversees his team and pushes them to do their best and achieve results. He also cleans the bathrooms and takes out the trash. Nate knows that nothing is possible without his awesome team. In his free time Nate enjoys traveling, working out, driving his Challenger Hellcat, and spending time with his family.
