Phoenix, Arizona Park Highlight: Margaret T. Hance Park

Named after a former mayor of Phoenix, Margaret T. Hance Park is located at the heart of central Phoenix. It literally sits on top of the I-10 freeway on Central Ave. It is sometimes referred to as the “Deck Park” for that reason.

This park is located very close to the Phoenix Main Library, Phoenix Art Museum, and the Irish Cultural Center. This park is also home to the Japanese Friendship Garden.

You can find all your party amenities at the Hance Deck Park. There are ramadas, grills, picnic areas, playgrounds, walking areas, and even lit sand volleyball courts. The park is located at 1134 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004. You can reach the park’s office at (602) 534-2406
