Ultimate Company Picnic

Is your company trying to plan the ultimate company picnic?  Check out the aerial shot of the Godaddy.com Christmas party from late 2009.  This crazy party was held in Chase Field in downtown Phoenix, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

This crazy Christmas party is almost impossible to top!  Over 4,000 people attended the event and were serenaded by the Four Tops and the Temptations.

Inside the stadium crews assembled an artificial skating rink, set up arcade games, and a sea of tables, chairs, and special event furniture.

This party sets the bar for company picnics.  Fireworks topped off the night to make this a truly memorable company Christmas party!

After Graduation Party Ideas

March 8th, 2010

Graduation is an exciting time for young people and a scary time for many parents. Graduation day, and the time after the graduation ceremony can notoriously be a time when kids can get into trouble. There are ways to keep kids out of trouble after graduation. Here are the steps to having a safe after graduation party.

1. Find a secure and contained location.
Finding a secure and contained location for your after graduation party is critical. It is very important to keep your recent graduates together in a safe environment. Keeping them inside a contained area and not letting them leave the premises is the surest way to keep kids out of trouble on their graduation night. Often times gyms and community centers will work great for this type of party.

2. Find RESPONSIBLE adult chaperones.
Sometimes getting volunteers is a hard task. Find parents or teachers who are willing to stay the night at the after graduation party. They will be the eyes and ears of what is happening at the party and will help prevent kids from leaving or unwanted visitors from coming through the front doors.

3. Set a time-frame.
After graduation parties are usually all-night affairs, many times lasting until six or seven o’clock in the morning. Once the sun rises, the kids are free to go. Usually they are so tired after their party they just want to go home and sleep.

4. Have fun activities.
Rent inflatables for your grad night party. They are an easy way to entertain your young gets. Get interactive inflatable games like the joust, bungee run, boxing ring, and obstacle course. These inflatables are great ways to get your kids involved and let them have a fun time after graduation.

Keeping your kids entertained after graduation is often-times a parent’s job. Keep in mind that you want to keep their attention and convince them that going out with their friends on their own is probably not the best life decision they could make. Together you and your child can have a safe and stress-free graduation party.

Do I Need Inflatables at My Company Picnic?

February 26th, 2010

When you are planning a company picnic do you sometimes wonder if you really need those giant inflatable things at your picnic? After all, can’t the kids entertain themselves?

When you are asking these types of questions you need to think back to when you were a kid and imagine going to a company picnic with your parents.

If you are hosting a picnic in a park there is likely a large open field with a ramada and probably a grill. The kids at the picnic would be lucky if there were a playground. However, if there is not a playground what are the kids going to do at the picnic? Would you have fun in an open, empty field if you were a little kid?

Inflatables like slides, obstacle courses, and bounce houses are staples of any company picnic. Every picnic needs to have these items. Your kids at your party will likely not be happy with them!

Check out all the company picnic ideas on AZ Bounce Pro’s website. You will be happy you did!
