Q: How long does one propane tank last in a heater?
A: Generally a tank will last about 4 to 6 hours depending on how high the heat is turned on the heater.
Q: How much heat does a patio heater give off?
A: We recommend using one heater per 100 square feet. For example if you have four tables outside, place the heater in the middle of the tables to maximize coverage. Some people like it warmer than others so they can sit closer to the heater. The heater can be felt about 5' from the heater, depending on the wind.
Q: What color are your heaters?
A: Our heaters are a very nice dark bronze color. They look great during the day and blend into the background at night. Why have stainless heaters that will show up in every picture at nighttime with the camera flash?
Q: Can you turn on the heater at delivery?
A: We will instruct you on how to turn on the heater. This will maximize the life of the propane in the tank. If we turn it on an hour before your party at setup time that is one less hour of propane to be used during the party. The heat from the heater can be felt almost instantly.
