Q: What's the difference between a bungee trampoline and a Eurobungy?
A: There is usually no difference. Eurobungy is a proprietary name of a brand of bungee trampoline. Most units are made to similar specifications and dimensions.

Q: What's the difference between a bungee trampoline and a Monkey Motion?
A: There is a huge difference! Traditional bungee trampolines allow for higher bouncing than a "Monkey Motion" unit. Don't accept an imitation, demand a bungee trampoline!

Q: How much space do we need to rent a bungee trampoline?
A: We ask for a 40' by 40' space to properly set up a bungee trampoline unit.

Q: Do you provide the staff to run the bungee trampoline?
A: Yes, our trained AZ Bounce Pro employees stay to run the bungee trampoline unit. We include 5 staff members to properly run the bungee trampoline experience. Extra staff is available at an additional cost.

Q: Is the bungee trampoline safe?
A: Yes, it is a very safe ride experience. Since we provide our attendants to run the ride, we make sure that everyones experience is fun and safe. The bungee trampoline motion is controlled by our operators. The bungee cords can break, however, there are at least three cords holding the harness on each side, so if one breaks there are still five others holding the passenger in place. There have been very few reported incidents for bungee trampolines.

Q: Do you carry insurance?
A: Yes, AZ Bounce Pro carries general liability, commercial automotive, and worker's compensation insurance on every job we do.

Q: How much power do you need?
A: We need at least two dedicated 20 amp circuits to run a four station bungee trampoline unit. Generator rentals are available and recommended.

Q: Why do you use inflatable trampolines and not hard metal ones?
A: The inflatable trampolines are easier for kids and adults to get up and down. Also, this is one less place for people to hit their arms, legs, or heads against while jumping or getting on and off the bungee trampoline ride.

Q: Why are bungee trampoline rentals so expensive?
A: Simply put, bungee trampolines are expensive to operate! We need 5 staff members every job. Additionally the bungee cords wear out over time and are expensive to replace. Add to that the cost to insure, maintain, and repair the unit properly and you get the final cost of the rental.
